SPIDERMAN CANDY APPLES – NERDY NUMMIES

SPIDERMAN CANDY APPLES – NERDY NUMMIES

Hey guys, it’s Ro! And welcome to another
Nerdy Nummies! And, happy Halloween! Halloween is one of my favorite holidays,
so I decided to do something very special, we are gonna be making candy
apples, because it’s perfect for October, and the fall, and we are gonna
make them look like Spiderman! Because that’s kinda creepy spiders for
Halloween! So let’s get started! The things you will need, will be: 2 cups
of regular white sugar, 1/2 a cup of oop! Got some sugar on my finger! 1/2 a
cup of light corn syrup, 3/4 cup of water, 3 apples, I’m using Granny
Smith. 1 teaspoon of red food coloring dye, a bunch of these wood skewers,
but they kind of look like wooden stakes that you’d stake a vampire with!
That’s OK! You’ll also need a piece of wax paper to
go over your cookie sheet, and, a wooden spoon, a spatula, a medium sized
saucepan, and a candy thermometer! Let’s get started! Now you’re gonna take your little wooden
skewers, put them right in the middle and push them in there. These are a little bit
easier than lollipop sticks, you can also use lollipop sticks, but because they
have a pointed edge, they go in a little bit easier. I don’t have the most upper
body strength, so I’m gonna be using a hammer. You want to put them in about 1/2 way… Nice! Once you got your apples assembled, you’re
just gonna stick them off to the side, da-dew, da-dew. da-dew! And we’re gonna put together our candy apple
mixture. In your medium sized pot you’re gonna add
all of your ingredients and then stir them up before we head over to the stove. So first you’re going to take your 2 cups of regular
sugar, yeah, yeah, pour him in! And your 3/4 cup of water. 1/2 a cup of light
corn syrup, ooooh! It’s really goopy, it’s really sticky,
so this is where you’re gonna use your mustach-u-ler! To scoop out all the extra
on the inside. Because otherwise it won’t be 1/2 a cup. Now you’re just gonna take a teaspoon of
red food coloring dye. Now you’re gonna take your wooden sch-poon,
and mix it all together until everything is consistent. I feel like this is a witches brew! Hee-hee-hee-hee-hee! Boil-babble-boil-boil and trouble! I just put the pot on the stove, you’re
gonna turn your burner onto a medium heat, I like to put it on a 5, and then you’re
gonna stir your candy syrup until it starts boiling. Once it start boiling,
leave it alone, don’t touch it, just let it boil, and you’re gonna watch
your candy thermometer until the heat rises to 310 degrees. Once it
reaches 310 degrees, remove it from the heat. Now you’re gonna wait until all the
bubbles stop popping, and then you’re gonna take your apple, dip it into the syrup candy,
and slowly spin it around. Then you’re gonna pick it up, wait for the
excess candy to drip off, and put it onto your tray. Now that we’ve got our apples dipped, we are
going to decorate. I’m going to be using big marshmallows,
you can also use regular marshmallows, these are just the ones I had handy, they
were in my kitchen. So what you’re gonna do is take baking scissors,
a little bit of Pam spray, we’re gonna spray our scissors before we
cut our marhsmallows. Helps them not stick. Ready? OK, there we go! Take your big marshmallow, or your medium
one, and we’re just gonna cut off the end to look like a slice. And we’re gonna be
using these marshmallows for Spiderman’s eyes! And then what I like to do is cut it
in half, Then you’re gonna take half of it and cut
kind of the shape of his eye, it’s like a diamond or a tear shape. Pew! Now you’re just gonna take your 2 marshmallow
eyeballs and stick ‘em on the front of your apple! Da-nuh-na-nuh-nuh, da-nuh-na-na-na. Now that you’ve got all the little marshmallow
eyeballs on our little Spiderman Candy Apples, you’re gonna take
black icing, and I’ve got a number 3 tip, here at the top, and we’re just gonna draw
the design of the web of the Spiderman mask. And then I’m gonna take a number 5
tip later on, to outline his eyes! Ta-da! Here are our Spiderman Candy Apples! They
turned out so cute! Thanks for suggesting something Spiderman!
And, Halloween is in a few days, so have a happy Halloween! And don’t, try not to get bit
by any radioactive spiders! Or any spiders of any kind… Yeah, OK! If you have any other suggestions for any
other Nerdy Nummies please let me know, Leave me a comment down below and I’ll do
my best to make it happen. Also you can follow me on Facebook and Twitter
because I’ll post tons of Nerdy Nummies pictures and cool stuff. OK, bye-bye!

How to Get Rid of a UTI (Plus, a DIY Bladder Soothe Recipe!)

How to Get Rid of a UTI (Plus, a DIY Bladder Soothe Recipe!)

Hi, I’m Jordan Rubin and this is Ancient Medicine
Today, brought to you by draxe.com. Ancient Medicine Today is here to teach you
how to use food as medicine. And speaking of medicine, the topic today
is going to help you out a great deal. We’re going to talk about the urinary tract,
more specifically, urinary tract infections. UTIs affect millions and millions of people
a year. Women are more affected than men certainly. But men can have bladder infections and prostate
infections as well. And they’re painful. I’ve had them. I know. I want to tell you though that you can prevent,
and even better yet, treat urinary tract infections naturally. Now let me say this right up front. If you are experiencing a urinary tract infection,
if you have chronic urinary issues such as cystitis, interstitial cystitis, we are not
suggesting to replace your medicine with what we’re going to share today. If you’re dealing with a UTI you got to be
very careful because you can develop a kidney infection which can be much more damaging. If you’ve got a urinary tract infection I
recommend you consult your physician and we’re going to give you information that can help
alongside the medicine, particularly the antibiotic you may be using. Or if you are very early on in the process,
maybe give these natural remedies a try. So we’re going to tell you how to treat and
avoid urinary tract infections. And we have a Bladder Soothe formula to help
you overcome the condition once you’ve got it. And if you have frequent UTIs you’re going
to love this information because you can help prevent them. And after all, an ounce of prevention is worth
a pound of cure. Folks, if you’re somebody who’s watching and
knows right now five people that need to hear this information I want to encourage you to
click that Share button and click this link. Share the video with others, particularly
women, that you know need this information because I personally know people who have
four, five, even six UTIs a year. And they are really damaging to life and health,
etc. So let’s get started. Number one, avoid factory farmed meat. Now you might know that organic can be more
nutritious and have less pesticides, etc., maybe less GMOs, but did you know that factory
farmed meat contains small doses of antibiotics? That’s right. Most of the antibiotics in America are given
to livestock conventional chickens, beef, turkey, etc., eggs as well. When you consume factory farmed meat or when
you consume conventional meat in general, you are getting small doses of antibiotics. And what that does is it trains your microbes
to become resistant. When you have a UTI and it’s severe you might
need an antibiotic. The antibiotics won’t work as well with resistant
bacteria. So avoid factory farmed meat. Go for grass-fed. Go for local. Always ask about what the animals eat, and
if you want to be sure-sure, go for organic. Best of all, pasture raised organic. Grass-fed organic would be the ultimate. Wear loose clothing. This is probably obvious, but when you’re
dealing with a UTI and you’re dealing with bacteria and then there can also be yeast
as well, especially if you’re on an antibiotic, you want to wear loose clothing. Particularly when you’re dealing in the crux
of it because very tight undergarments and garments can create a warm moist environment
which is ideal for bacteria to thrive and that can cause UTIs. And think about the urogenital system. There are a lot of ways to contaminate that
area. So you want to be very careful when you’re
dealing with something. Some people that have recurrent UTIs know
that, “Oh, I’m starting to feel it. It’s burning when I urinate. I know what’s happening.” You want to immediately try to get loose clothing
on. Definitely utilize some of the principals
we’re going to share today. Number three, stay hydrated. People say to me, “Jordan, if I have the first
onset of a UTI what should I do?” I can tell you what to do. This is a great kidney cleanse, urinary tract
cleanse, and it works in minutes. I encourage you to get distilled water. You want water that has very little minerals
in it and you want to drink a quart or liter, those are basically the same size, of pure
water as quickly as possible. Now some people are small and drinking a quart
or a liter or water is cumbersome. It makes you feel super bloated, but here’s
the deal. Even if you’re starting to burn a little bit,
drink a lot of water, get that stuff out. You will do a great kidney and urinary tract
flush by drinking a quart of water as quickly as possible. Number four, consume probiotics. Probiotics are critical to balance the gut. When the gut is balanced the urinary tract
is balanced. If you have a UTI, and you are on antibiotics,
you definitely want to take a probiotic at the same time to prevent yeast infection or
to prevent something systemic. I recommend a probiotic with Sob’s, or Soil
Based Organisms because they are very effective at keeping yeast at bay and can be highly
antimicrobial. Look for a probiotic with fermented foods
included. And also eat some fermented foods. You’re looking right now at yogurt, cured
cheese, kefir, kavas, kombucha, cider vinegars are great. Probiotic foods are wonderful. If you’re intolerant to dairy obviously avoid
that. I’m Jordan Rubin here for Ancient Medicine
Today and we’re teaching you how to naturally treat urinary tract infections, how to avoid
them and we’re going to give you our Bladder Soothe formula for people who have recurrent
UTIs. Or they are dealing with one right now. Number five, garlic. Garlic is nature’s antibiotic. Consume garlic raw, roasted. You can make a tea out of it. Sure it stinks, but it doesn’t stink nearly
as bad as having a UTI because man, is that painful. Consume a few cloves of garlic a day. You can even consume up to seven cloves a
day in food, in tea, some people just chew it up and eat it. Not my taste, but you can do that. Garlic is very antimicrobial and antifungal. Get good sources of Vitamin C. My favorite
is lemon. Limes are great as well. Even though those seem acidic they will help
to change the bodies pH and are very effective for dealing with a UTI. It can also help flush the body out. When consuming Vitamin C, I recommend a whole
food form of Vitamin C or a fermented form, but if you’re someone who benefits from large
quantities of Vitamin C, I would get a Vitamin C that has cofactors and bioflavonoids, etc. And I think a 1,000 milligrams a day is probably
where I would go. I’m not a big 10,000, 20,000 milligram Vitamin
C guy. I’d rather do it through citrus and Vitamin
C rich foods, peppers, broccoli, etc. Lemongrass is amazing. I had some fresh lemongrass the other day. I put it in a cup and I poured boiling water
over it. Lemongrass infusion or tea is amazing. Lemongrass essential oil consumed orally two
to three drops two to three times a day is amazing. Lemongrass diffused, or just inhaling it,
is also soothing to the body. Particularly the urinary tract. And one of the stand by natural remedies for
a UTI is D-mannose. D-mannose is a polysaccharide, it’s a sugar
that actually prevents bacteria from adhering to the urinary tract. D-mannose is found in cranberry and that’s
one of the main reasons cranberry is good for UTIs. So consume D-mannose as recommended. Just buy a powder, consume it as recommended
one to three times a day. If you want more information specifically
on D-mannose or on UTIs, visit draxe.com for great articles. Here’s the biggest one, essential oils. Essential oils are tremendous to help with
the urinary tract. We’re going to share in a moment a DIY Bladder
Soothe blend, but it’s going to be really based on essential oils. Any of the antimicrobial, think the Italian
spices, thyme, oregano, sage is really good. High antioxidant oils such as basil, etc. Frankincense is great for inflammation and
the immune system. So is turmeric. Ginger is also great, soothes the gut and
the urinary tract, as does peppermint. Essential oils consumed orally and inhaled
are a great way to boost the body to fight the bacteria and ease the pain of urinary
tract infections. So here’s a big one folks, if you’re dealing
with a UTI right now, whether you’re on antibiotics or not, this is what I recommend you doing. Oil of Oregano. Oregano essential oil, particularly organic
oregano is one of the most powerful antimicrobials known to man. It’s also really strong. So we recommend taking a tablespoon of coconut
oil. You can also use honey as well. I think if you try both, and put five drops
of oregano oil, and just take it. You can do it up to seven times a day. Spread it out and it will really make a difference. Seven tablespoons of oil is a lot. But coconut oil is also really good for balancing
microbes, antiviral, antifungal, and make sure when you’re using the DIY Daily Bladder
Soothe that you take a powerful probiotic morning and evening on an empty stomach. We believe probiotics with SBOs, as well as
saccharomyces boulardii, are the most well rounded for UTIs. I’ve had great success coaching people with
UTIs using probiotics, using oregano oil, d-mannose, etc., you really can get great
results. And another good tip, if you’re dealing with
a UTI, definitely take a bath in lukewarm water as well as some soothing essentials
oils. Having a UTI can be really stressful. You don’t completely evacuate the urine. You’re afraid when you’re about to go because
it’s going to burn and it feels awful. You’ve probably felt it if you’re watching
right now. Folks, this DIY Bladder Soothe, also using
essential oils such as lavender, rosemary, etc., it helps to calm the nerves which will
also be really good for you. So I want to encourage you, if you have a
UTI, if you have recurrent UTIs, to follow these simple steps. Avoid factory farmed meat. You want to make sure that you avoid consuming
low dose antibiotics because when you need an antibiotic it won’t help as much. Wear loose fitting clothing at the first symptom
of a UTI. Stay hydrated, remember the Bladder Cleanse
Tonic, distilled pure water, 32 ounces, about a quart, as quickly as you can will start
the cleanse process. Consume a probiotic with SBOs on an empty
stomach. Double or triple the dose if you feel the
symptoms. Garlic is nature’s antibiotic. Consume that cooked, raw, you can even put
it in a juice. Definitely tastes interesting. Or ferment it. Vitamin C, whole food Vitamin C. Make sure
that it has cofactors. If you consume high dose 1,000 milligrams
is the most I recommend. Lemongrass herbal infusion or essential oils
is great for the body. D-mannose prevents bacteria from adhering
to the bladder wall. A great natural treatment for UTIs. And last, but not least, essential oils. You want to consume essential oils. You want to inhale essential oils. Think about the antimicrobial ones, oregano,
thyme, marjoram, hyssop, rosemary, sage, and basil are also good. Frankincense and turmeric are good for the
immune system. All of this can help you stop a UTI in its
tracks. I know how painful they can be. And if you’re somebody who has had UTIs, is
going through a UTI, or knows someone who does or is, please help us. Be on mission with us. Click that Share button. Take this video and send it around the world
because together we can stop the pain and suffering that urinary tract issues are causing. And we can even stop them before they start
because an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I’m Jordan Rubin for Ancient Medicine Today,
encouraging you to tune in each weekday where we share information that can help transform
your health by using food as medicine. See you next time.

How to Treat Insect Bites & Stings : How to Reduce the Itching of an Insect Bite

How to Treat Insect Bites & Stings : How to Reduce the Itching of an Insect Bite

Hello, my name is Dr. Susan Jewell. Now in
this clip I’m going to demonstrate to you how you can find a way to reduce the itching
when you’re bitten by an insect like a mosquito. So what I have here is you can take an aspirin
tablet. Don’t do this if you’re allergic to aspirin though, okay so make sure you’re not
allergic to aspirin. But you take an aspirin tablet and then you pulverize it into a powder
form. So here I have a pulverized tablet of aspirin and I put it into this bowl here like
that. Then what I do is I’m going to make a little paste. So you just want to add a
little bit of water just so it dissolves the aspirin, you know the powder to make a very
paste like substance texture. Add a bit more. Keep doing that until it becomes like a paste
like that. So once you’ve got a paste off the pulverized aspirin, what you do for example
if I say that this was the area on my hand, on my arm where it’s bitten from the mosquito
and it is very itchy and inflamed, what I can do is the first thing I need to do is
to make sure that the area is cleansed with soapy water. So you got to clean the area
very well all over the area that is bitten with soapy water. Pat it all dry and then
to reduce the itching what you could do is you could use your fingers. But make sure
your hands are sterilized, wash it was soapy water. Then you can just add this paste all
onto the bite itself with this pulverized aspirin paste. Just put it over the area that
is bitten and that will help to give you some relief from the itch and the pain. It will
stop you from scratching as well because a lot of the inflammation, infection is caused
on mosquito bites it’s cause by repetitive scratch in the area and opening the skin wound.
So this is one way to help you alleviate the itching and prevent inflammation and infection.

HOW TO MAKE ANT-MAN CUPCAKES – NERDY NUMMIES

Hey guys, it’s Ro welcome to another nerdy nummies I got so many requests from you to make something in honor of the new Ant-Man movie So that’s exactly what we’re gonna be doing today. Today, we’re gonna be making really cute, simple and adorable anthill cupcakes using a chocolate chip cookie recipe Let’s get started The things you’ll need to make these cupcakes will be 1/2 a cup of milk, 1 and a quarter cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 a cup of cookie butter, 3/4 cup of mini chocolate chips, 1/2 a cup of sugar, 1/2 a cup of butter, 1/2 a cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 a teaspoon of salt, and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder. Then the things you’ll need to decorate will be some chocolate buttercream frosting in a piping bag fitted with a number 1a tip some biscoff cookies, royal icing dyed black and placed into a piping bag fitted with a number 2 tip and some large black candy pearls. First step to making these cupcakes is whisking together dry ingredients In a medium bowl pour in your flour, baking powder, And salt; then whisk together till well combined and set off to the side. Next step is creaming together our butters and sugars. Usually it’s just butter and sugar But this time we also have brown sugar and a cookie butter. So place them all in the bowl and then using an electric mixer, mix together until light and fluffy. All right. This is what it should look like now Add your eggs one at a time mixing in between each addition. We’ve got our dry ingredients Wet ingredients and milk now We combined them all together start with the dry add a third Mix it up add half of the milk mix it up Second Third of the dry, mix it up Second half of the milk mix it up and the last of the dry then mix it up On one hand I love mini chocolate chips because they’re so cute and they’re mini and I’m mini and It’s adorable. On the other hand It’s just when you take a bite It’s not enough chocolate Our batter is looking good. It’s almost ready. The final step is to add in our mini chocolate chips So pour them all in Ooh One for me And fold together using a spatula folding is a little bit different than mixing it up Take your spatula go underneath all the batter flip it over and turn Batter is now ready. It smells delicious It smells like chocolate chip cookies. Oh Yeah. Our cupcakes are ready to bake.Heat your oven to 375 a little hotter than normal and bake for about 14 to 16 minutes once your cupcakes have baked and had plenty of time to cool now It’s time to frost and decorate I have some chocolate buttercream icing that I’ve put and oh, oh no I have some chocolate buttercream icing that I’ve put into a piping bag with a number 1a tip at the end We’re gonna pipe domes on top of each of our cupcakes hover over the cupcake and apply pressure *Boop* now do this to all of your cupcakes time to add some cookie dirt over here I have those Biscoff cookies that we’ve ground up you can throw them in the blender, a food processor you can even just smash them up with like a big whisk or something. There’s two different ways you can do this You can either dip your cupcake which is where you flip the cupcake upside down Straight into your cookie crumbs and gently move in a circle aw that didn’t really pick it up or the second option hover over the bowl and sprinkle on top Whatever floats your boat Final decoration step is to make some ants I’m using two black pearls for each ant body So I’m just gonna squeeze out a little bit of black royal icing to help it attach to the cupcake then I’m gonna pipe six little legs coming off of these and two antennas and tada Here are the anthill cupcakes that we made today a big Thank you to you guys for suggesting something in honor of the new ant-man movie These were so much fun to make I really like it cuz the decoration is easy mode You don’t even have to add these little details. If you don’t want you can just put on little black sprinkles I’ll be posting a bunch of pictures and the recipe on RosannaPansino.com Instagram Facebook and Twitter You can check it out there. And if you guys make these cupcakes, please take a picture and send it to me I love seeing your baking creations. It just makes me happy Also if you have any other ideas for any other nerdy nummies, please let me know Leave me a comment down below and I will do my best to make it happen. Alright. Thanks again you guys, bye-bye

How To Protect Trees From Wood Boring Insects

How To Protect Trees From Wood Boring Insects

Wood boring insects like emerald ash borer
have been a hot topic of discussion in the lawn and landscape industry as of late. With
the death of millions of ash trees since first being found in 2002, there is now more than
ever an increased emphasis on finding insecticide treatments that can help stop and prevent
further damage from wood boring insects like EAB. EAB is a bright green metallic insect that
feeds on all ash species, but prefers to feed on green and black ash. The adults seek out
healthy trees where they lay their eggs, and then once those eggs hatch the larvae go inside
of the tree where they feed on the phloem, which is the nutrient pathway inside of the
tree. The good news is there are several different
insecticides and application techniques that can be used to prevent damage from wood boring
insects like emerald ash borer. The primary three methods used are the soil drench, tree
injection, or also the basal bark band application. The application method that we’re going to
focus on today is the basal trunk spray, which literally means spraying the insecticide on
the base of the tree. The primary benefits of this application method
are the speed of the uptake of the insecticide and also the ease of the application, with
only needing the sprayer, an insecticide, and an organosilicone surfactant. Dinotefuran
is a systemic insecticide which is marketed as Zylam or Safari. When applied to the base
of the tree, it is absorbed into the vascular system and then translocated up through the
tree. Once an insect comes into contact with it or ingests it, they die shortly after. To begin, you want to read the complete label
to make sure you have all the proper personal protective equipment. The product application
rate for Zylam is 16 fluid ounces per one gallon of water. For Zylam insecticide, it
is also recommended that you add one fluid ounce of an organosilicone surfactant like
Pentra-Bark, which greatly increases the absorption into the tree. After you’ve added together
your organosilicone surfactant and your Zylam, you’ll want to make sure and mix them well
together before adding them to your sprayer. Next, you’ll want to pump up your sprayer
to a pressure of around 10 to 20 psi. You’ll want to make sure that the pressure is low
enough to prevent any type of runoff, drift, or back-spray from occurring while you’re
making the application. Once you have your spray solution ready, now
you’re ready to begin your application. Start at about five feet, or chest height, moving
slowly side-to-side as you work your way down the tree. Again, you want to make sure that
your pressure is low enough that all of the solution is sticking to the side of the tree.
Keep working your way down toward the base of the tree, and once you reach it, you’ll
want to continue working your way down the root flares with the solution as well. If you need more help finding an insecticide

How to Treat Insect Bites & Stings : How to Reduce the Swelling of an Insect Bite

How to Treat Insect Bites & Stings : How to Reduce the Swelling of an Insect Bite

Hello, my name is Dr. Susan Jewell. Now in
this clip I’m going to show you some other ways to reduce the itching and the swelling
from insect bites; particularly mosquito bites. So here are some other ways you can do. You
can use Caldyphen lotion; like for example here I bought this in the local drug store.
It contains Calamine in the ingredients. You can also use it for you know poison ivy, besides
insect bites, poison oak. It has several functions. You can buy this probably not in this brand,
there is several others out there popular in the market to buy. Or you can use ice.
So what you do for example is, let me demonstrate; so imagine here is the insect bite and it’s
swollen up into a hive and it’s very irritating and itchy. So first thing you can do to is
to relief, to get some relief from the symptoms is to of course you know wash with soapy water
around the area. Make sure that you clean it and then you pat it dry, the soapy water.
Then what you can do is after that to relief some of the itchiness on the swelling could
you some ice. What you can do is just rub this over the inflamed area, or the swelling
or itchy area. The coldness actually helps to detract from the itchy and that horrible
itchy and swelling sensation. So just rub the ice over there. Now if you do that you
can that, of course the ice melts, it’s only temporary. You can also use the Caldyphen
and you just put a dab of that onto the bitten area and just rub it in. That should give
you some temporary relief anyway and to prevent you from scratching cause that is what you
should not do is scratch the itch and get it infected and then you’re going to get an
infection in that area. So these are just some more ways to be able to help reduce the
symptoms from insect bites and bee stings.

How to Treat Insect Bites & Stings : Reducing Pain from an Insect Bite

How to Treat Insect Bites & Stings : Reducing Pain from an Insect Bite

How to treat pain, swelling and itching from
insect bites and stings. Baking soda can be found in supermarkets and has been shown to
temporarily reduce pain and swelling associated with insect bites. Add one quarter to a half
teaspoon of baking soda to a bowl. Add water to form a thick paste. May add more water or baking soda for
desired consistency. Clean affected area with soap and water and pat dry. Apply paste to area patting and covering
the bite to reduce swelling and pain.

Can I Treat My Yeast Infection During My Period?

Can I Treat My Yeast Infection During My Period?

Good day, Eric Bakker, naturopath, author
of Candida Crusher, with another question I get asked from time to time from my female
patients. Can I treat my yeast infection while I’m on
my period? You can treat it while you’re on your period,
but I think a better time to treat a vaginal yeast infection is before your period in the
proliferative phase. This is when the lining of the endometrium is starting to build up.
So from ovulation through to period is a better time to treat. And in Chapter 5 of my book,
Candida Crusher, you can read my unique two-step treatment for chronic vaginal yeast infection. In the time building up to the menstrual cycle
is a good time to use a kill or antifungal treatment. And in the post-period time is
a good time to do a restorative treatment or a building up treatment. And I guarantee
you if you do three or four of these treatments concurrently for three to four months, you’re
going to notice a big improvement. So you can treat while you’re on your period
and I know some females do treat regardless of whether they’ve got their period or not,
they’ll treat. But I believe a better approach is to treat pre-menstrual cycle and post and
not during the actual bleeding phase. But it’s up to you. You can use douching protocols
whenever you want. So, I’m going to do a lot more videos regarding
chronic vaginal treatments because this is an area I’ve treated many people over an extended
period of time. Have a look at my book, Chapter 5, and there is a lot of material there on
chronic vaginal yeast infection treatment. So I hope that answers your question. Thank
you.
